WANTED! MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT CARNIVAL HELPERS

Please volunteer for a 1 hour shift (or more) with friends, or on your own, and we will make the schedule. We appreciate any help you can give and you will still have plenty of time to enjoy the Carnival.

CARNIVAL BOOTH STAFFING
The 2012 Lourdes Carnival will be held on Friday, May 25th. The carnival will run from 1:00 pm until 8:30 pm. The game booths will be open from 1:00 - 5:00 and the rides will be open from 1:00 - 8:30. We are very excited about this year’s event. There will be many annual favorites, in addition to some new exciting changes we hope you all will enjoy.
The success of the carnival requires everyone’s help to manage each booth/activity. As in the past, we rely on every school family to work at least one, 1-hour shift, more if you are able. The majority of the help is needed between 1:00 and 5:00. The process asks each family to help with the carnival, but allows plenty of time to enjoy the day, as well.
We would like your feedback on when you would like to work. We will be making booth assignments over the next few weeks and if you have a specific preference for a time, please let us know. In addition, please let us know if you are unable to work any of the shifts. All assignments will be made on a first come/first serve basis, so the sooner you return your form, the better chance you have of working a shift desirable to your schedule.
Please download and fill out the CARNIVAL ASSIGNMENT PREFERENCE FORM and return it through the Wednesday Envelope, or mail it to Colleen Pim at 6903 Kingsbury Blvd, St Louis, MO 63130 no later than May 9th.
Thank you and we hope to see you on May 25th!
