Do you find it difficult to find time to truly relax, quiet your mind and talk to God? A Holy Week retreat at White House is the perfect opportunity to the find peace, quiet and inspiration your soul is looking for. It’s like a 3-day vacation with God!
Join other men of our parish on retreat from Holy Week Wed., 4/16 to Holy Saturday, 4/19.
Retreats at White House are silent, guided retreats based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. All of your meals are provided and everyone receives their own private accommodations. There is no set fee to attend; White House operates on a free-will offering basis.
To register call Holy Week Captain & parishioner Peter Palumbo 314/600-7172 or visit www.whitehouseretreat.org to find additional dates.
A reminder that there will be no morning Mass at 8:00 AM on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, or Holy Saturday, but instead Morning Prayer (from the same Liturgy of the Hours we used in our Advent daily prayer).
The liturgies on Holy Thursday evening, Good Friday afternoon, and the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday are some of the most beautiful of the year.
If you have never been to the Triduum services and can plan around it now, we encourage you to experience at least one of them!
